ÌìÑĺ£½ÇAPP Joins Women ÌìÑĺ£½ÇAPP ’s Empowerment Principles

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – ÌìÑĺ£½ÇAPP joined the (WEPs) in support of fostering an inclusive and diverse culture in which all colleagues can thrive. Established by UN Global Compact and UN Women, the WEPs provide guidance to businesses on promoting gender equality and women's empowerment in the workplace.

ÌìÑĺ£½ÇAPP is pursuing a workplace represented by 30% women overall, 35% women in leadership and 25% minorities in North American salaried positions as part of its 2030 G​​oals.

“The WEPs recognize the responsibility corporations have in gender equality and women's empowerment. I am excited to partner with this organization as we work to achieve and sustain our 2030 Goals for people, the planet and our company," said Gabi Tonon, inclusion and diversity manager at ÌìÑĺ£½ÇAPP.
